  • A federal grant for eligible undergraduate students based on family resources, cost of attendance and enrollment status. Grant amounts are determined by the US Department of Education.
  • Your actual grant amount will reflect the number of credits for which you are enrolled.
    • If you are registered for less than 12 credits your Pell grant will be prorated to the allowable amount based on the US Department of Education’s schedule.
  • There is lifetime limit to the amount of federal Pell money students can receive.
    • If you are withdrawing from classes and/or not passing classing, you may reach your Pell limit before you complete your degree.

Federal Supplementary Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG):

  • A grant provided by the federal government to 十大博彩推荐排名州立 to assist undergraduate students with exceptional financial need. Recipients must be eligible for a Pell grant.

Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant (格兰特教授):

    • Recipients must be New Jersey residents.
  • Students may be required to submit additional documentation.
    • HESAA will notify students of which documents are needed if necessary.
    • To submit documents electronically (Electronic Document Collection), please log in to your NJFAMS account.

    • Recipients must a New Jersey resident.
    • Must be enrolled full time (12 credits or more).

Educational Opportunity Fund Grant (EOF)

  • A grant provided by the State of New Jersey for students with exceptional financial need from educationally disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Students must be New Jersey residents
  • Recipients must maintain full-time (12 credits or more per semester) enrollment and be designated an EOF student at the time of admission to Montclair.

  • The NJ STARS II program is a continuation of the NJ STARS program that provides successful NJ STARS students at New Jersey county colleges with funding to transfer to a New Jersey four-year public college or university to earn a bachelor’s degree.
  • Funding for this program is contingent upon the availability of funds from NEW JERSEY Higher Education Students Assistance Authority (NJ HESAA).

NJ STARS II要求:

  • Must meet all admission or application requirements established by the New Jersey four-year public institution.
  • Must meet all institutional deadlines for admission and financial aid.
